Steve JonesSteve Jones - Executive Director

Steve Jones is one of the UK’s leading negotiation experts.

Prior to founding Resharpen with John Eustace in 2012 his career included buying and senior commercial roles in Sainsbury, Tesco, Safeway and WHSmith. As an entrepreneur he launched a food brokerage; engaged in the MBI of a confectionery company and launched a major US frozen food manufacturer into Europe.

Some ten years ago he decided to offer his commercial skills to the marketplace, quickly becoming most sought after in negotiation training. He is an NLP master practitioner, a CEDR accredited mediator and a SFEDI enterprise mentor.

John EustaceJohn Eustace - Executive Chairman

Although John’s early career was classic FMCG sales - starting as a salesman with Procter & Gamble and progressing to General Manager UK & Ireland with Revlon – he is at heart an entrepreneur. He launched a food brokerage and in the following 15 years he purchased the Coty world wide fragrance business, launched Catalina into the UK and invested in retail media opportunities. He has a global knowledge of Consumer Goods marketing across five continents which has helped him build a knowledge base without equal. Previously Chairman of English Churches Housing Group and the P&G Alumni UK he spends his time between his office in Melbourne and the UK.

John HaywoodJohn Haywood

John Haywood has achieved recognition for his endeavours in negotiation, cost control and team building where ever his efforts are focused.

His experience results from a career primarily in multiple retailers such as Sainsbury and Safeway. His purchasing experience covered all aspects of these businesses and his experience in buying goods not for resale brings another dimensuion to the Resharpen business.

John is currently a trustee of a local charity where fund raising has increased tenfold since his involvement on a part-time basis.
